|1||tablespoon brown sugar|
|1||tablespoon sucralose-based sugar substitute|
|1/4||teaspoon ground ginger|
|1||cup sour cream or sour half-and-half|
|1||tablespoon finely chopped crystallized ginger|
- Place 1/2 cup strawberries in each of 4 bowls.
- Stir brown sugar, sugar substitute, ginger, and sour cream together in a bowl. Spoon 1/4 cup ginger-sour cream sauce over each serving of strawberries. Add a sprinkling of crystallized ginger to each serving.
