Strawberry Hearts the Editors of Publications International, Ltd.
Makes about 2 dozen hearts
|1||package (18 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough|
|2||packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened|
|2/3||cup powdered sugar|
|2||cups sliced fresh strawberries|
- Remove dough from wrapper. Roll out dough; cut out hearts with 2-inch heart-shaped cookie cutter and bake as directed on package.
- Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.
- Spread evenly onto cooled hearts; top evenly with strawberries.
