- Trim to St. Louis cut, remove membrane, apply rub to both sides.
- Cook at 250-275 degrees for 4 hours. Spritz hourly with raspberry spirits.
- Midway through cooking, wrap ribs in sugar, butter, raspberry mix.
- Unwrap, add sauce, return to rack for 1/2 hour.
