|2||hard rolls (2 ounces each), split into halves|
|14||turkey pepperoni slices|
|2||ounces fat-free oven-roasted turkey breast|
|1/4||cup (1 ounce) shredded part-skim mozzarella or reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese|
|1||cup packaged coleslaw mix or shredded lettuce|
|1/4||medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional)|
|2||tablespoons fat-free Italian salad dressing|
- Top each of two bottom halves of rolls with 2 tomato slices, 7 pepperoni slices, half of turkey, 2 tablespoons cheese, 1/2 cup coleslaw mix and half of bell pepper slices, if desired. Drizzle with salad dressing. Top with roll tops. Cut into halves, if desired.
