Summer Fruits with Peanut Butter-Honey Dip
Prep Time 20 minutes
Makes 4 servings (about 1/2 cup dip)
|1/3||cup smooth or chunky peanut butter|
|1||tablespoon apple juice or water|
|1/8||teaspoon ground cinnamon|
|2||cups melon balls, including cantaloupe and honeydew|
|1||peach or nectarine, pitted and cut into 8 wedges|
|1||banana, peeled and thickly sliced|
- Place peanut butter in small bowl; gradually stir in milk and honey until blended. Stir in apple juice and cinnamon until mixture is smooth.
- Serve dip with prepared fruits.
