Ingredients
1 | medium-size ripe cantaloupe, cut into cubes |
1/3 | cup orange juice |
1/4 | cup plain fat-free yogurt |
3 | tablespoons lime juice |
2 | tablespoons honey |
6 | thin slices lime for garnish |
Dash ground nutmeg |
Preparation
- Combine cantaloupe, orange juice, yogurt, lime juice and honey in food processor or blender; process until smooth. Refrigerate, covered, 1 to 2 hours until chilled.
- Serve soup in chilled bowls. Garnish with lime slices; sprinkle with nutmeg.
