Makes 1 burrito
|2||ounces bulk sausage|
|1/4||cup chopped onion|
|2||tablespoons canned chopped green chilies|
|1||(10-inch) flour tortilla|
- Combine sausage and onion in microwavable 1-quart casserole. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes or until sausage is brown and onion is tender, stirring once to break up meat.
- Beat eggs with water in small bowl. Stir in chilies.
- Drain fat from casserole. Add egg mixture to sausage and onion; mix well. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes, stirring once. Do not overcook; eggs should be soft with no liquid remaining.
- Microwave tortilla on HIGH about 15 seconds. Fill with scrambled egg mixture.
To heat tortilla in a microwave oven, wrap loosely in a damp paper towel before microwaving.
