Ingredients

1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon sugar substitute
1 pound medium raw shrimp, shelled
1/4 cup chopped green onions

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add celery, bell pepper, green onions and ginger. Cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Add soy sauce, lemon juice and sugar substitute; cook and stir 1 minute. Add shrimp; cook 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink and tender.
