Sweet and Sour Shrimp Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1 | tablespoon sesame oil |
1/2 | cup chopped celery |
1/4 | cup chopped red bell pepper |
1/2 | teaspoon ground ginger |
1 | teaspoon soy sauce |
1 | teaspoon lemon juice |
1/8 | teaspoon sugar substitute |
1 | pound medium raw shrimp, shelled |
1/4 | cup chopped green onions |
Preparation
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add celery, bell pepper, green onions and ginger. Cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, lemon juice and sugar substitute; cook and stir 1 minute. Add shrimp; cook 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink and tender.
