Sweet Jalapeño Mustard Turkey Thighs

Ingredients

3 turkey thighs, skin removed
3/4 cup honey mustard
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 to 2 fresh jalapeño peppers,* finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel

*Jalapeño peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch your eyes.

Preparation

  1. Place turkey thighs in single layer in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Pour mixture over turkey thighs. Cover; cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours.
