Makes about 1-1/3 cups
|1||tablespoon drained capers|
|1||small sweet gherkin or pickle|
|2||tablespoons chopped fresh parsley|
- Thinly slice green onion. Mince capers and gherkin.
- Fold green onion, capers, gherkin and parsley into mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
