|1/2||cup cider or white vinegar|
|1||small onion, finely chopped|
|2||tablespoons Worcestershire sauce|
|1||jalapeño pepper,* seeded and minced|
|1||teaspoon olive oil|
*Jalapeño peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch your eyes.
