- 3 pounds (1.4 kilograms) wings
- 4 ounces (113.4 grams) blue cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- ¼ cup hot pepper sauce
Directions:
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (176.6 degrees Celsius).
- Mix together the blue cheese, sour cream, milk, mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice and a ¼ tsp salt. Cover and refrigerate.
