Johnny Trigg and the Smokin' Triggers' Chicken

  1. Cut off leg and thigh, split breast. Apply squeeze butter and place in smoker on a pan.
  2. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Rotate every 10 minutes. Spray with apple juice to keep moist.
  3. Take chicken out of pan at last 20 minutes. Put on top shelf of grill to sear chicken and toughen skin up.
  4. Dip chicken in glaze for uniform coating. Cook another 10 minutes.
