Makes 4 servings
|1-1/2||cups fat-free mandarin orange or vanilla yogurt|
|1||can (11 ounces) mandarin orange segments in light syrup, drained and chopped|
|1||can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice, drained|
|1||medium banana, sliced|
|2||tablespoons shredded coconut, toasted|
- Combine yogurt and orange segments in medium bowl.
- Spoon half of yogurt mixture into 4 parfait or wine glasses. Top with pineapple. Spoon remaining half of yogurt mixture over pineapple. Top with banana slices. Sprinkle with coconut. Serve immediately.
