Tropical Turkey Melt
Makes 1 serving
|1||English muffin, split|
|1||teaspoon Dijon mustard|
|3||slices (about 3 ounces) lean deli smoked turkey|
|3||thin slices papaya|
|1||slice (1 ounce) Monterey Jack cheese|
- Spread inside of muffin halves with mustard. On half, layer turkey, papaya and cheese. Press remaining muffin half, mustard-side down, over cheese.
- Spray small skillet with butter-flavored cooking spray. Lightly spread butter over surface of muffins, if desired. Cook sandwich over medium heat until lightly toasted, about 4 minutes; turn and cook on other side until lightly toasted and cheese is melted. Serve hot.
