|3||to 4 carrots, diagonally sliced|
|2||zucchini, diagonally sliced|
|3||tablespoons orange juice|
|Salt and pepper|
- Heat oil in medium skillet or wok over medium heat. Add carrots; stir-fry 3 minutes. Add zucchini and orange juice; stir-fry 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
