Very Berry Raspberry Yogurt Parfaits

Makes 4 servings
|3||cups plain fat-free yogurt|
|2||tablespoons sugar-free berry preserves|
|1||packet sugar substitute*|
|2||cups sliced strawberries|
|4||tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted|
*This recipe was tested with sucralose-based sugar substitute.
- Combine yogurt, preserves, sugar substitute and vanilla in medium bowl.
- Layer 1/2 cup yogurt mixture, 1/4 cup strawberries, 1/4 cup blueberries and 1/4 cup yogurt mixture in each of 4 parfait glasses or serving bowls. Top each parfait with remaining 1/4 cup strawberries and 1 tablespoon almonds. Sprinkle each parfait with 1 tablespoon almonds. Serve immediately.
These parfaits would also be delicious topped with low-fat granola. Or, try another flavor of preserves for a simple variation.
