|1/4||teaspoon Dijon mustard|
|Pinch of salt, black pepper and sugar|
|1/4||cup olive oil|
- Whisk together vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar in small bowl until smooth. Add oil in thin stream, whisking until mixture is smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. Whisk again before serving.
