frog legs
lemon & lime slices
tomato paste
brown sugar
dry mustard
lemon juice
white pepper
salt and sugar
salt, sugar, paprkia, chili powder, cumin, coriander, dry mustard, cayenne (combined)


  1. Soak legs in brine. Rinse.
  2. Apply dry rub.
  3. Cook over direct heat at 250 degrees. Cook 45 minutes or until internal temp of 163.
  4. Occasionally spritz with apple juice. Lightly brush with spicy BBQ sauce.
  5. Lightly brush with spicy BBQ sauce. Cook 10 minutes at 163 degrees.
