|turkey, duck, chicken|
|apple smoked bacon|
|jalapeno cornbread stuffing|
- Trim most fat off duck, remove chicken skin, leave turkey intact.
- Brine all three birds.
- Sew turkey together. Apply heavy coat of poultry rub.
- Lay turducken over strips of bacon. Dry rub entire turkey. Spread butter and bacon over the top.
- Cook low and slow for 8 hours in smoker.
